Privacy and image use
What this site collects, who handles it, and what you may do with the photos and video I deliver. Last updated October 2026.
What the site collects
The quote form asks for your name, email, and optionally a phone number, the property address or location, a preferred date, a deadline and a message. That is used to quote and schedule your job, and is kept in my business records for as long as I work with you and for tax and accounting records after.
The client gallery lookup at /portal/ takes the email address on your invoice and, if it is on file, emails you the link to your galleries. To slow down abuse it keeps short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash of the email address and of your network address; they expire within a day.
Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your own browser. A client gallery hub can set a session cookie so a secure link keeps working on that device. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If site analytics are on, they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal data, and a count of button presses (for example "quote sent") that carries no form contents.
Who handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check (Turnstile) on the forms and keeps standard security logs. Quote requests reach me by email through Web3Forms or, from the site directly, through Resend. Delivered photos and video are stored on Cloudflare R2. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Using the photos and video I deliver
You may use the delivered photos and video, without time limit and in any medium, to market the property, project or business they show: listings, your website, social media, print and advertising. Copyright stays with Rhody Aerial, and the work may appear in my portfolio. Reselling the files, or licensing them to someone else, needs written permission.
