Rhode Island // Construction Progress

Construction progress photography from the air

A dated record of the build for owners, lenders and your own marketing: the same waypoints on a schedule, so every month lines up with the last.

Each visit gives 10 to 15 edited stills from the same angles, delivered within 48 hours. Retainers run month to month on a scheduled window, so weather never costs you a visit.

The series below is one waypoint over a North Smithfield solar build, flown from untouched woodland to finished array.

Questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. I fly under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and every job is covered by its own liability policy, bought for that flight. Ask and I will send proof of coverage before the shoot.

Can you fly near T.F. Green or in other controlled airspace?

Usually. Much of Warwick, Cranston and parts of Providence sit inside the controlled airspace around T.F. Green (PVD), and I check every address through LAANC before I quote. Most sites get authorization within minutes up to a set altitude. If the ceiling at your address limits the angles you want, you hear it before you book, not on shoot day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The shoot moves to the next good window, always at no charge. Rain, high wind and low cloud all count.

How fast do I get the photos?

Real estate sets of up to 10 photos arrive within 24 hours, sets with video within 48, and the Premium Listing in 48 to 72. Construction visits are delivered within 48 hours. Everything comes in a private online gallery with one-click download.
